Helping You Find Peace in Change and Joy in the Journey
Hi, I’m Lily.
I believe we have the ability to heal and transform when we feel connected to ourselves and supported by others.
I’ve always been passionate about building meaningful connections. After moving across the world, I realized my knack for connecting with others was my true strength. I started my career in the entertainment industry, but quickly discovered my real passion was helping people. That’s when I pivoted to psychology, where I could focus entirely on fostering connection. A supportive mentor helped me tap into the creative side of this work, shaping my approach to therapy.
I’m here to help you:
Rediscover your voice: When the world feels loud with opinions, I’ll help you tune into your own wisdom.
Build the tools for resilience: We’ll work together to create practical tools that help you manage overwhelming emotions, practice self acceptance, and communicate your needs effectively.
Lighten the emotional load: You don’t have to carry it all. Therapy is a space where you can release some of the weight, learn tools to manage the hard days, and build the flexibility to care for yourself and those you love.
My Approach
I believe we’re wired for connection, and it’s through connection—with ourselves and others—that we find the courage to face life’s challenges.
Each person has incredible strength and resilience, often greater than they realize. Life experiences—whether from childhood, trauma, or current challenges—can sometimes make it hard to tap into that inner wisdom. I deeply admire Mr. Rogers for how he embodied the power of slowing down and truly being present with others, and I believe that when we feel truly seen and heard, transformation is possible.
In therapy with me, you’ll find a balance of practical tools and a supportive space to process your emotions. We’ll work together to give you resources you can use right away to feel some relief, while also creating room to explore and understand the deeper layers of your experiences. When we allow ourselves to feel and express our emotions fully, we can move through them rather than being controlled by them. Often, avoiding or judging painful feelings only makes them more powerful.
By giving space to process one experience, new insights and feelings can emerge, helping you regain a sense of control and choice. Therapy with me is about feeling empowered to respond to your life—not simply reacting out of fear or old patterns—and making choices that align with who you truly are.
My Values
Authenticity
I show up as my true self, creating a warm, genuine, and compassionate space where you can bring all parts of yourself without fear of judgment.
Inclusivity
I honor and respect the diversity of lived experiences, striving to create a safe space for all identities, backgrounds, and beliefs to feel seen and valued.
Integrity
I am committed to showing up with honesty and transparency, grounding my work in evidence-based practices while remaining true to your unique needs and goals.
Collaboration
I believe therapy is a partnership. Together, we’ll explore, process, and work toward healing, blending your strengths with tools and strategies tailored to your journey.
