Step One
Schedule a Free 15-Minute Video Consultation.
You can schedule a free consultation for a time that works for you. You will receieve a confirmation that the appointment has been accepted and confirmed within 24 business hours. During the consultation you can share what’s bringing you to therapy, ask any questions, and see if we’re the right fit.

Step Two
Your Intake Appointment.
Before your first session, you will be sent a link with an invitation for the secure online client portal, where you’ll review consents forms and complete some brief documentation. The portal will allow you to send me secure direct messages, make scheduling changes to your appointment, and pay bills. During the session, we’ll take a deep dive into your concerns, explore your goals (or help you identify them if you’re unsure), and create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs.

Step Three
Ongoing Therapy.
Therapy typically begins with weekly sessions to build momentum, with adjustments as needed. Once your symptoms are stable, we may move to biweekly sessions, check-ins, or goal-focused appointments.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee. Please notify me as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

Generally we start with weekly sessions for the first few appointments to ensure you have a good foundation of tools, then adjust as needed. Some people benefit from a few targeted sessions, others continue with weekly or bi-monthly therapy. Once symptoms are stable, we can move to monthly, check-in as needed, or develop a plan that aligns with your needs. We can continue to assess and modify as needed.
